Our olive oils are cold-pressed, artisanal, and made from native olives grown between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. Our journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic when two young entrepreneurs—a lawyer and a graphic designer—combined their talents and passions to create unique infused olive oil recipes. Leveraging the family-owned Trull d'Agullana mill, they established Llàgrimes del Canigó, aiming to bring the spirit of the Costa Brava to every bottle.

We focus on craftsmanship, proximity, and the rich heritage of northeastern Spain. Working primarily with the native Argudell olive variety, known for its limited production, we've built a young brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products. Our goal is to share the essence of the Costa Brava with the world.

Our success lies in the careful selection of olives and other raw materials. Harvested in the Sierra de l'Albera, we've established close relationships with local farmers who share our passion for quality and sustainability.
