Refund policy
To prevent our product from the risks associated with spoilage, adulteration or misbranding, we cannot resell returned food items. Hence, we must discard returned food.
🔸 Please inspect the package and products as soon as they arrive at your door!
🔸 If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service at usa@canigooil.com as soon as possible.
Any delay in contacting us makes it more difficult to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
🔸 Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED and take pictures.
🔸 Claims for damage received after 7 days will not be honored.
Refunds and Replacements
🔹 We may offer you a refund, gift card or replacement.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
🔹 Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment.
Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
• Check your credit card account again.
• Contact your credit card company.
If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at usa@canigooil.com.
🔹 If the package is visibly damaged, do not refuse the delivery!
Inspect the package and products, take pictures, and contact us.
In most cases, a damaged shipment will never arrive back to us.
The carrier will discard it and it will be impossible to assess the damage or determine responsibilities.
Change or Cancel Your Order
🔸 If you placed your order incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to add or remove the items you need.
Please note: we cannot make changes once the order is being shipped.
🔸 To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If it’s not yet in the shipping queue, we will cancel it and fully refund you.
🔸 All orders paid through PayPal will be partially refunded due to non-refundable transaction fees.
A 2.9% + $0.30 fee will be deducted.
🔸 Orders canceled at Llagrimes del Canigó's discretion will be fully refunded.
