Shipping policy
Unless noted otherwise, Llagrimes del Canigó usually ships all items within 72 hours of receiving your order.
The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground Services.
📦 That means in-stock items should arrive at your doorstep within 4 to 8 business days after your order is received.
This includes the time it takes for us to handcraft your order and ship it via Standard Ground (4–6 business days).
❗ Weekends and holidays are not business days and should not be used to estimate arrival dates.
Ground shipping is NOT guaranteed for a certain date, so there will be no refunds for early or late arrivals.
⚠️ We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or shipping carriers.

If you need your order sooner or want to add “Signature Confirmation”, email us at usa@canigooil.com.
We’ll offer you a custom shipping solution. -
Depending on the value and nature of the items, orders over $60 may include Signature Confirmation.
This means someone must sign for the package instead of it being left at your door.
We will notify you if this applies. -
We reserve the right to change shipping fees at any time.
If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you for approval before shipping.

📦 Address Issues, Missed or Refused Deliveries
We ship your order to the exact address you provide. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it is complete and correct.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, your shipment may be delayed, and you will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

The delivery driver’s judgment on deliverability is final.

We are not responsible for late or non-delivery due to incorrect delivery information.
It is also your responsibility to be available to receive your order.

If you are not available and the package is returned to us, you will bear the cost of all shipping charges.
❓ Missing Shipments

If you don’t receive a shipment, you must notify us within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date.

Failure to do so makes it hard for us to locate the missing package, and we won’t be able to honor claims reported after this period.
If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is missing:

We will investigate and do our best to help locate it.

If necessary, we will file a carrier claim.

A refund will only be issued if the carrier grants the claim.
